London’s first Chick-fil-A will reportedly open soon, as signs for the restaurant have been spotted in Kingston town centre.

A short TikTok video filmed on Eden Street shows hoardings with the Chick-fil-A logo up around a corner unit, with contractors working inside.

The caption “Chick‑Fil‑A in London!!!!! Kingston” appears to confirm that the US fried chicken chain is coming to the area.

Chick-fil-A announced plans to expand into the UK with several new sites, including one in the capital.

The American company, which originated in Atlanta, is known for its chicken sandwiches and waffle fries.

It plans to open five eateries in the UK within the first two years, supported by more than £80 million of planned investment over the next ten years.

Chick-fil-A has already established its first permanent UK location in Leeds, with additional branches to follow as part of a broader international expansion across Europe and Asia.

An official opening date for Kingston is still pending confirmation, but the ongoing work and building signs suggest that south-west Londoners could soon be trying chicken sandwiches on Eden Street.

We have contacted Chick-fil-A for more information.
