UPDATED: Police are no longer appealing for a witness in the murder investigation of Tai Folkes.
Police were called to Thessaly Road, Battersea at 6.12pm on Monday, March 2 after reports of a stabbing during an altercation between a group of men.
Officers attended the scene alongside paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
The victim, 25-year-old Tai Folkes, was treated at the location and then taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Specialist homicide detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding Tai’s death.
The investigation has led to several arrests.
Two men, aged 28 and 38, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on Monday, March 2.
Both men have since been bailed.
On Thursday, March 5, officers arrested a 21-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Both have also been released on bail.
In a tribute, the family said: “Tai was a much‑loved son, brother and friend.
"He was a caring young man full of warmth, humour and loyalty. We are devastated by his loss.
“Tai had his whole future ahead of him, with dreams, plans and so much left to give.
"The pain of knowing his life has been taken from us in such a cruel and sudden way is something we will carry forever.”
