A man has offered a glimpse inside his historic home at Hampton Court Palace.

Jack Josephs shared a video of his apartment within the palace, exploring what it's like to live in a former residence of Henry VIII.

Mr Josephs, who moved into the iconic landmark in 2022, walks through the grand gates of the palace in the clip, detailing its rich history.

The video gives a look at his apartment's interior, modest yet full of character, reflecting its roots from the 1500s Tudor period.

The traditional features of his small bedroom, simple living space, and a door leading directly to a leafy garden in the palace grounds were shown.

Once the centre of royal life under Henry VIII, the palace is now managed by Historic Royal Palaces and is one of the UK's best-preserved Tudor palaces.
