Trains have been delayed and cancelled due to a broken rail near West Drayton.
Ongoing disruption is affecting services on the Elizabeth Line and Great Western Railway routes between Reading and London Paddington after the fault was reported early today.
Engineers are carrying out urgent repairs, but some lines remain blocked and passengers are being advised to check before they travel.
Services between Reading and London Paddington may be delayed by up to 10 minutes, cancelled or revised throughout the day.

Great Western Railway (GWR) has suspended its stopping services between Newbury or Didcot Parkway and London Paddington, which are now only running as far as Reading.
All trains between Oxford and London Paddington have also been cancelled.
Passengers with GWR tickets can use Elizabeth Line services between Reading and London Paddington, or Chiltern Railways services between Oxford and London Marylebone, at no extra cost.
Customers whose trains are cancelled may board either of the two services before or after their originally scheduled train.
Elizabeth Line trains normally running between Maidenhead and Abbey Wood are only operating between London Paddington and Abbey Wood today, with a limited number may extend to Hayes and Harlington.
Elizabeth Line services between Reading and Abbey Wood and to and from Heathrow Airport, are expected to run as normal.
Passengers at stations including Langley, Iver, West Drayton, Hayes and Harlington, and Southall are being asked to check departure boards and listen to announcements, as services towards Abbey Wood will be using different platforms than usual.
The broken rail was reported shortly after 3am with disruptions expected to continue until the end of the day.
