Disruption is building on the Northern line just before the evening rush hour begins.
Passengers travelling through central London are facing delays as services run behind schedule.
Commuters are being urged to check before they travel and allow extra time for their journeys.

Northern line
There are severe delays between Kennington and Camden Town northbound via Bank following an earlier fire alert.
There are also minor delays on the rest of the line due to a points failure at Camden Town.
Services are operating on separate sections, including between High Barnet and Morden via Bank, between Edgware and Battersea Power Station via Charing Cross, and between Mill Hill East and Finchley Central.
Passengers may need to change at Camden Town, Kennington or Finchley Central to complete their journeys.
Tickets are being accepted on London Buses.
