A murder suspect accused of killing a 26-year-old man during a summer solstice event in Derbyshire has been remanded in custody until September.
Polish national Szymon Babynko spoke only to confirm his name during a brief hearing at Derby Crown Court on Wednesday, and was told his trial will take place in either November this year or March next year.
The 23-year-old, appearing by a prison video-link, is accused of murdering Isaac Clare-Watts, whose body was found at the Nine Ladies Stone Circle in the Peak District on June 22.
Babynko, of Commonwealth Way, London, has also been charged with attempted murder in relation to an incident in Hady Lane, Chesterfield, on June 25.
He was not required to enter a plea to either charge during his appearance before Judge Shaun Smith KC and was ordered to reappear for a plea hearing on September 25.

Adjourning the case, the judge told the defendant: "Mr Babynko, there is going to be a trial in this case at some stage.
"It may be in November, but it’s more likely to be in March next year.
"In the meantime, you are remanded in custody.
"At the next hearing, you are going to appear over the link, when we are going to see how far people have got in preparing the case.
"At that stage, I will be able to tell you what the trial date is."
