A 22-year-old man who was fatally stabbed on a bus has been named.
Haruun Hassan was found suffering serious injuries in the early hours of the morning on June 30, after emergency services were alerted to an incident.
The 22-year-old is understood to have been travelling on the N9 bus towards Heathrow Airport at the time of the incident.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, near the junction of Bath Road and Great Southwest Road, by paramedics who arrived in under four minutes.
Police believe that a "large number of people" were present on the bus and are urgently seeking information relating to circumstances surrounding the stabbing, witness identities and footage.
There has been no confirmation of arrests at this stage.
Det Chf Insp Paul Waller said: “Our officers responded quickly with London Ambulance Service and did everything possible to help the victim.
