A man has been arrested after a stabbing in Chingford.
Police were called to Hall Lane yesterday (July 25) at 3.24pm to reports of a knife attack.
The victim was found near the corner of Harbet Road and Shadbolt Avenue.
The 28-year-old man was treated at the scene before he was taken to hospital, where his injuries have been assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
According to the Metropolitan Police, the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.
But a 24-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and was taken to police custody, where he remains.
