Two men have been charged after a fatal mass stabbing in Clapham.
Police were called to Tremadoc Road, near Clapham High Street, on Saturday (July 27) at 4.37am after reports of a man in hospital with a stab wound.
The victim, 22, died in hospital.
He has not been identified by the Metropolitan Police at this time.
Four other men also attended hospital with stab wounds, but their injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing.
The four men - originally reported by the Metropolitan Police as three aged 22 and one 24 - were arrested on suspicion of murder, along with a further two men, initially said to be aged 23 and 27.
Javed Khan, 22, of Maskell Road in Wandsworth, has been charged with murder and violent disorder.
Adonay Berhan, 27, of Mason’s Avenue in Croydon, has been charged with assisting an offender.
Both men will appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court this morning, Monday, 27 July.
The Metropolitan Police says a 25-year-old man on was arrested on suspicion of murder remains in police custody.
He has been discharged from hospital following his stab injuries.
Three of the other men, two aged 22 and one aged 24, who were arrested on suspicion of murder have been released with no further action, following further enquiries.
