After an early morning stabbing has left a man with life-threatening injuries, here is everything we know so far.
The incident on Boston Road, Hanwell, was reported to the Metropolitan Police Service at 2.25am this morning (July 31).
Emergency responders were mobilised to the scene, where a 40-year-old man was found injured.
He was assessed at the scene before being rushed to a major trauma centre as a priority.
The victim's injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
Officers worked to establish a scene on the road, with cordons erected at the entrance to the street from Hanwell Broadway.
Forensic investigators have attended the scene to conduct their enquiries, with evidence markers placed along the road.
Buses are on diversion as a result and it is unclear when the crime scene will be lifted.
The road closure is affecting route 195 towards Brentford, Half Acre, which is being diverted via Uxbridge Road, Broadway, Northfield Avenue, Windmill Road, and Boston Manor Road.
At the time of reporting, stops from 'Jessamine Road' to 'Windmill Road' are not being served.
According to the Metropolitan Police, officers have been engaging with witnesses to the stabbing and are continuing to review CCTV footage in the area.
There have been no arrests at this stage, and enquiries are ongoing.

A Met Police spokesman said: "At around 2.25am on Friday, July 31, police were called to reports of a stabbing on Boston Road, Hanwell.
"Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service.
"A 40-year-old man was assessed at the scene by paramedics and taken to hospital.
"His injuries are believed to be life-threatening."
