A video has emerged showing an alleged collision between a car and a cyclist in east London overnight. (Warning, graphic content below)
The London Ambulance Service was called at 11.16pm last night (August 6) to reports of a road traffic collision on Aylward Street in Stepney Green, Tower Hamlets.
CCTV footage circulating online shows the moment the vehicle and bicycle collide.

A post shared by @CrimeLDN on X alleges the driver was inhaling a balloon.
This has not been verified at this time.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We sent ambulance crews and an incident response officer.
"We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
"We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority by road."
The cyclist's condition is currently unknown.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted for comment.
